I have been with Unity Payments for a year, and even in this short time I have witnessed substantial growth within the organization. Management is supportive and always make themselves available to their employees feedback. Everyone on the team seeks to improve and grow - there is an opportunity to learn something new every day in this industry. I have grown more in the the last year than I had in the previous 10 years with my past employer. Stable hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, weekends and holidays off. The company really prides itself on having a fun and supportive culture. Not to mention, one of the Directors is basically a Canadian Independent Film icon. 

I love working at this office! From day one, I've been constantly challenged and given opportunities to learn and grow. The team is incredibly supportive, always encouraging new ideas and pushing me to improve. Every task, whether big or small, offers a chance to develop new skills, and the leadership is always available to offer guidance and feedback. I feel empowered to take on new projects, explore different aspects of the work, and continuously expand my knowledge of the industry. It’s a place where I’m not just doing my job—I’m becoming a better professional every day. It’s truly rewarding to be in an environment where growth and learning are prioritized, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!

A typical day at Unity Payments includes a 9am start time with free breakfast or lunch on Friday mornings. Unity payments is not a typical call center. They incentivize their staff to consistently reach above goal and promote a stress free environment. Although some clients can be difficult, a simple trip to one of their free vending machines or a simple chat with management really helps, The managers at Unity Payments are extremely passionate and tentative to their staff.  They effortlessly answer any questions and address concerns. 

I have been with Unity Payments since its inception and have witnessed and contributed to its growth as a company.  It provides and respectful atmosphere in which employees support one another and recognize people's talents and hard work.  I actually look forward to coming into the office each day and what's more the staff here are always seeking feedback on ways to improve the work environment.  Unity Payments is a rarity.

Since starting working at Unity Payments I have learned so much. The staff is incredibly supportive, the management team is approachable and very constructive when providing feedback. A difficult part of any job in customer service is dealing with unpleasant clientele, the very positive and constructive environment at Unity Payments makes that one difficult aspect of the job much easier and worthwhile. All in all, the work here is rewarding in many respects.

I have been with the company since September 2019.  I have noticed that the management that I deal with are fair and helpful.  They  make sure that the staff are appreciated by doing fun evenings or bringing breakfast/lunch.  I have worked in different fields and in this particular job, I find management actually takes an interest in everyone and their well-being

I've been working for the owner for over 14 years. Having the job security is wonderful and the office culture is great. Plus the free unlimited snacks and drinks are a major plus! Management takes care of its team. 

Amazing management and workplace atmosphere from top to bottom. Great health care benefits, free lunches and breakfasts on Fridays coupled with a supportive staff.

The on site location is extremely welcoming and enjoyable to work at. Both managers and employees are kind and very helpful in all regards. Lots of employee perks and team building experiences.
