I enjoyed my work and I learned a lot since scheduled/planned  trainings and seminars were given to employees.Good management and offered good salaries and benefits .There is cooperation and collaboration among employees .But sometimes it was observed that there were other employees who were not happy with the success of their co-worker.I didn't feel hard with my job because I enjoyed and love my job so much but probably the hardest part is completing the assigned task ASAP (rush jobs and time pressure) and preparations for Audit. The most enjoyable part when all employees were gathered together for Team building, celebrations, trainings and seminars .Generally URC is one of the stable company and a better place to work with.

Management and Supervisory is my task in my current company. Im the one who create demands and identify the strength and weaknesses of the competitor also i am responsible of making programs and decisions of my area of supervision. Our company is a feed business distribution wherein we sell feeds to the end user's, small scale farm or large farm and also commercial farms.

Have some trouble of machine for complying a Key Plan

Good and friendly superior like team or a family

Working at urc is one of the most memorable experiences I had, people and work culture  are good, camaraderie is alive, it's a fun place to work, and a very good foundation if your a newbie you'll get to learn a lot of skills which you can use if ever you will  be moving from other companies, they also pack lot of mentor/coaches which can guide you if you want to work your way up the corporate ladder. 

we learn a lot specially in the field of merchandiser because they give as a free lesson how to be a good merchandiser at the same time the company always send us a person to check our work so that if we had a problem they will teach us how to resolve it

The URC Engineering Services Department has taught me a lot in terms of Project Management.

Also, it is easy to relate engineering theories to real life applications by visiting their manufacturing plants.

Working at universal robina corporation is good, But the management set up and the career path seems to be slow.also the trainings and seminars provided  are less.

I've learned how to monitored the goods was received.
The work place is very hot especially day time.
the hardest part of a job, when the goods came one time while the storage still full.

The company giving me a chance to be an inspector, they teach me how to do it and i learned it so fast. Being an inspector is the most enjoyable part of my job. It make me fast for what i am doing.
