1. A typical day at work
More often I used to do literature survey in the morning (like to plan what exactly I need to do in the lab) and then in the afternoon (sometimes until late evening) I use to work in the laboratory. 

2. What you learned?
I learned more about how to do research?, learned more different techniques, learned more about how to work in team?. 

3. Your Management Skills 
Co-supervised two undergraduate students from the university of Toulouse, I also help my professor in organizing a symposium (SACIQ 2018) at UQTR and I also organized Bollywood Night with my Indian colleagues.  

4. Your workplace culture 
The lab in which I'm working is quite multicultural, there're people from all the parts of the world. 

5. The hardest part of your job 
When I consciously and deliberately tried to better my best (Off course my professor backed me). 

6. The most enjoyable part of the job 
The most enjoyable part of my job was the satisfaction of finishing each and every task.

It was fun working here. Administration was collaborative for me. There are many international communities and a very good diversity. People are very welcoming. I liked the work culture.
