Management has absolutely no plan. They hire many people and lay them off quickly. They are shortsighted. Not much respect towards employees. Management people are unprofessional. Their business does not seem decent. It's dodgy and shady. Salary and benefits are ok if you are not looking for high revenue. Co-workers are nice and helpful.

Early at the day I check with the risk manager which calls should be priortize and what type of quality report as to verify legal issues, procedures errors and other.
After I separate the calls and listen to them verifying and reporting the issues needed by manager. I write the organized reports on Excel sheets and sending them at the end of the shift.

There is nothing to tell other that the company, Upclick, is the worst company you can work for !! BAD SALARY, BAD AMBIANCE, WORST MANAGEMENT, BAD PROMOTIONS. Always trying to save money by cutting hours. No STABILITY !!!

Nice work environment, friendly and efficient organization. Great balance between work time and family time. Also possibility to work from home. Coworkers are supportive and friendly. A place where you can really improve your skills and develop your career path.

Great management, fast paced environment, incentives. They have Free Bagels and Coffee during the week :)

You get a salary raise based on your performance within 3 month intervals, which is nice.
