Listen, you are reading this review to find out a former employee's perspective of this organization. Are there politics? Is there stress? Other standard office issues? Of course there are no place is perfect.
While no place is perfect, these guys did everything in their power to make it a fun and exciting place to work. They really tried to make is so that I want to go to work in the morning. From major annual events like a Christmas Party or Summer BBQ to smaller in house events like pizza Friday or game nights -- things that show the employees that they care about you as a person. 
 Let me tell you though, it's not just fun and games. When someone had an issue or problem, they would be able to turn to their peers and ask, before you know it there would be a small crowd of services staff and developers trying to solve the issues. A true show of teamwork. 

Great working environment. everybody is accessible and willing to share their experience. HR and management fully engaged. Life-work balance is strongly taken in consideration. lots of activities even though that we're on a working from home policy due to the pandemic.

Fun, relaxed work place.
Amazing Christmas party at Blue Mountain and very nice summer picnic for the employees and their families, monthly birthday cake, pizza Friday every last Friday of the month.
Fast growing.
Amazing, hard working, "heart and soul" people in the services department.

Enjoying working here. The benefits are amazing. The work-life balance is really great. The management is really supportive and takes measures for the personal development of the employee.

Lots to learn and fair amount of growth opportunities if you join at an entry level position.
Company plans a lot of social events which keep people motivated.
Good work life balance/flexible hours.
