Good place to work in general but you have to be aware of the two face people. Many times people will be nice and try to help you, but if they notice they have a chance to stab you in the back for advancement or office politics they’ll do it in a heart beat. Rules aren’t the same for everyone, some employees with power will let it go to their head and will use it against you. “Clicks” are made and you have to be aware of them, if not you’ll be an easy target. 

Pay was good, the job itself was fun, place was super clean, in general it’s a good place to work. If you’re able to deal with fake people all day then I recommend it. (Not all employees at US are as described but the ones who are make it bad for everyone)

Leaving and never turning back

Going in to work knowing that your coworkers will try to screw you

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile and competitive. The higher management is ingrateful for your hard work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go into work. Bosses are selfish. Not getting a lunch break nor finishing on time

They make false promises. The promise a lot of hours then you have one shift a week the others are on call. Then they tell you it's like working with families and friends,  but then every time you work you feel like and outsider. Im leaving as soon as I find something else.

If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple of years, you could definitely fit into it. Urgences Santé is a company where you can learn a lot by many different situations you are going to meet. You have support, a big area of working, full time job guarantee and plenty of plan of careers.

very fun people to work with, work environment stable. ovetime is offered on a regular basis. lots of managers and very by the book for protocols. weekends are when they are missing staff
