Unethical company. That is workplace with a few top managers and supervisor who use their position and power to mistreat or disrespect others, to cover fraud and wrongdoing.  
It only happens to the higher management to do what they feel and they want. There’s no fairness in ethics, they just cover for the management in any case, no justices. Seriously, feel so sad for the company. Whoever that managed to stay or leave have the same sentiment. Never heard of such bad reviews from everyone, people in the company don’t even dare to voice out. They’re worried about the consequences the company or superior will act on.

My experience with the company was generally positive, wages were fair and there was a very good feeling of stability in working there. At no point did I feel that I was expendable, many of my fellow employees were there for many years and vouched for the company's record of stable work hours and overtime. While management was very distant at times, the supervisor I dealt with was very down to earth and reasonable in regards to accommodations and scheduling. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to work long term for a company and not have to worry about lay offs or reduced hours.

The company was fine over all, the people were nice. But management isn't up to par. I do not mean the management of each department so much as the head management. There seems to be a major lack of communication and respect for the lower working force. But hours were a constant high, though wages had to be fought for something reasonable and live-able. While I was there their benefits package was a joke for those with family, but I imagine it has been changed by now, seeing as how upset the work force was about it.

But I enjoyed my work there and would recommend it for those starting out.

This company has become a joke in the last year. Managers here aren't worthy of their titles, management is composed of a bounch of kids. some workers are completely miserable in their jobs but they know how to pleased the mangement. Owner should get invlove if he wants to run this company for years to come. Current management are going to collect pay cheques and retire soon. 



I worked in deburring, but sometimes fill in else where as needed. I try to keep a positive mindset at all times. Some supervisors can be abrasive sometimes. But very stable company, I been here over 10+ years never been laid off. However, because of rising cost living I'm forced to work 6 days just make ends meet. Wish we can  get a better wage increases. 
Overall very decent company with quality products and equally great employees

This company has no work culture. 
Non organized workplace which affect the the quality of the products. These products are used to build aerospace and defence aircrafts!!!!

Every day couple of employees are leaving. New ones are joining but they end up leaving too when they realize the truth about this place.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The work place is well organized, with proper training of new employees. It’s easy to get help and advice when one needs it. The environment is friendly and supportive and encourages productive team work. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have not experienced a stressful situation yet.

Not fair and low salary, only specific people get a good salary one of the factor to have a Canadian accent , long working daytime,  not a good place to grow up, Just get experince and find another Job, I advise anyone to think 10 times before join this company

Best place I’ve ever worked by far. And unfortunately due to COVID lay offs happened. I cannot wait to return again in near future. Management is Always checking in on staff asking if everything is okay. And will always give the time to help each employee grow to its needs!

I like to working here with the cooperative  management and helping colleagues that are always there to help you. 
 The work environment is very good and encouraging to show your potential skills. Good works and positive behaviour is rewarding here, that’s make this company to be recommended to work here.
