Excellent training, signed me up for an apprenticeship after milking me for cheap labour for a year and a half.

Everyone on the floor is amazing. Great people, awesome work culture. You do your job and you do good work. Leaders all take care of their teams and help you grow.

Everyone who works on the floor there cares. Unfortunately it's also the kind of place where upper management wants to pay as little as possible and cut every corner. Plant managers kid gets hired and instantly signed up for apprenticeship, then makes more than the Red Seal journeyman that have been there 5 years. The place is full of relatives of the higher ups, some are 3rd generation. Nepotism.

It was family owned but after a generation or two the rich kids don't care anymore.

They cut pay in 2008 and never gave it back, sold the business to a Chinese conglomerate, then they forced people to retire.

You mean nothing to them and their most caring and loyal employees have nothing to show for it.

You won't go home angry most days but you won't get ahead in life either.

Company has strong relations with major Automotive manufacturers around the globe.
This company gave me a chance to prove my skills and capabilities. Other than that working here is fun as every day brings new challenge and provides opportunity to learn new things. This company is family owned and treats is employees as part of family as well. They try to help each and every employees in good and bad times and me being as employee try to help them and benefit them to the best of my abilities.

A typical day  you work steady but  productive 

What  i  have  learned is alot about my  work of repair and  frabrcation  and  maintenance  .

Co  Workers  only did their  work .

Management  :  Well  trained  always  
comunication  was open so as to  work . 

Hardest part  was long hard hours overtime at  times  swamped with work .

Most  enjoyable  was  the  final  results  of  quality and awards .

There is a lot of work if you're will to travel across North America.

Needs a different structure for management. 

Needs to realize who the key players of the entire operation are. Who ends up making the company money.

Need to pay the employees who work hard for the company more.

very good people i work with, i have learned to machine and weld, got to understand automation lines relative to assembly of a car. hardest part of the job is being away from family to do service work.

I would rate this company and its employees 9 on a scale of 1to10.Enjoyed my time at Valiant and met many solid people.I would recomend this company to anyone with drive and desire to succeed.          Randy Dragomir.

This is a good place to work with competitive wages and benefits. If you are a skilled trade be prepared to spend a lot of time out of town on service. You can make a lot of money with the extensive overtime.

It is a good place to learn how a automobile assembly line works. You can learn how to read the blue prints while building the assembly lines.
Management was not fair to all employees when it came to hourly wages for how long you work for the company.

Good Starting job.
Be aware for engineers you work a lot of overtime (minimum 10 hour days  5-7 days a week) so there isn't a lot of time for outside of work activities at peak season. you do get compensated for that time.

Quiet office environment that allows for workers to concentrate on their daily tasks. People who work their are fairly friendly and willing to help with any problems you run into.
