I completed a pilot project with a exceptional group of individuals who came prepared to share best practices, engage each other in work shops ,and supported each other with weekly updates on field experiences.

Vanguard is a contract sales organization that provides sales professionals a opportunity to transition skills and execute plans to exceed business and marketing objectives.

The Management team is available and supportive and a positive group of professionals.

Excellent owner, VP and sales Director when I was there.  Very in tune with their people and flexible.  
Paid better than other contract companies at the time. Good benefit package. Adequate car allowance.

Only the customers and clients 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Manipulative,  lying,  judgemental  people run it.  The unethical behavior  and unprofessionalism is through the roof. Stay away.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Favoritism,  judgemental,  accusations and bad managers from ontario

Interesting experience to work on contract. Lyrica is an amazing product that many doctors prescribe for neuropathic pain.
Pfizer used specific drug cards to reimburse patients for the cost of generic.

Vanguard Pharma treats their employees with respect. They understand and promote work/life balance. When my contract was up they worked hard to place me on another team.

I only left as I thought I was upgrading to another position in another company. Missed the comadare despite all at different locations as you are always on the move -- no meetings....conference calls or video chats when necessary only. Love the autonomy of doing my job without micromanagement.

Horrible managers, extreme favoritism, lack of respect towards sales reps who are very educated and experienced. Reps treated like a herd of animals and expected to drop everything last minute once they decided to host far away meetings.

Apart from our targtte markets, i was able to pursue other fields of medicine that could benefit from our skin care line.
e.g. diabetic clinics and general medicine offices

Detailing top Cardio products to GP's and Cardiologists.More insight into Cardiovascular field from excellent training program.Worked as a western team and got along very well.Local management team was always there if needed.
