I give full time for this company and do this job well and caere fully

1 Engaging in positive and beneficial dialogue promoting good customer service.  
There was hardly a difficult part of the job .  A strategy was always the development of a socially jovial atmosphere by discussing current affairs and  familiar sports and political topics. Good driving skills and good customer service always produced happy self satisfied customers.



One of the greatest challenges surrounding working in this field was the unpredictability of whether or not individuals in leadership roles were having a good day or a bad day.  Good days were tolerable, although still unpredictable, while bad days were very toxic and led to there being a very abusive work culture which existed.

This company is good transportation to work for. The pressures from their clients and customers caused the most stress other than that it's respectable workplace. Wages are competitive with other transportation companies. I would have continued to work for Heartbeat Transportation but other commitments have become a priority.

I was able to travel around the province and meet new people also provide a service and also improve my customer service skills. Management always treated me well on most occasions. The hardest part was sometimes the long hours and driving long hours. The enjoyable part was the travel in my opinion.

Some companies were really good & some companies were behind in their way of what standards they were following. There wasn't much said to prove that their company was really all that good & stable.

A Few Good Lads is a great company to work for. I appreciate that they pay me on time every  other week. I highly reccommend this company to others. They pay better than most general labourer employers.
