VEERT LANDSCAPING

I worked at Veert Landscaping at the beginning of Summer 2015 and was immediately very uncomfortable, no one was welcoming except a few individuals. Employees with illegal paraphernalia, I could only work there for 4-5 weeks without saying enough just because of how unsafe and illegal everything I was working around was.

Veert landscaping wasn't too bad. Boss/Onwer was Nice and he helps out his good working employees.But you work long hours like 10pm-11pm, if you have a family and kids, hope you a have a good babysitter/husband/girlfriend. And I didn't get paid for my overtime, just my hourly wages. I started work with them mid season until the snow came. 

I worked there as an apprentice through school one summer, I generally had a pretty good time, People were nice and helpful, Made a few friends, Learned a lot of stuff about the job and what not.

Great place to work, I opted into the benefit plan which was great and found that if you worked hard you were advanced.  Training was available if you wanted which I did.   They had several Safety courses that were given which I appreciated.    Boss treated me well. 

Very Fair work place if you can prove you can do the job and have the work ethic to learn and grow with the company. At Veert landscaping if you want to learn a skill or how to operate heavy equipment , then this is the place to do it . When you see the owner smile at the end of the . You go home smiling too it's a great experience .

Equipment is always breaking, untrained staff or someone random of curb   free pizza and racing tickets is nice safey is pre bad and winter hours suck

the owner of the company was just very unprofessional. He was always speaking too fast then he would get mad if you asked him to repeat what he said. overall not a great place.

Gd hrs... possible gd advances. Guard ur grill knuckles up. nothing more to say. Gd learning experience on how to deal with people. Pay period always on time depending on how you receive it. 

Good place if your looking to gain experience not much room to grow and the pay isn’t the best. They let you run equipment and learn good skills but eventually you’ll out grow the place 

Lots of hours available also winter work for snow removal . Plenty of skills to learn.  Boss can be a little hot headed .but overall good place to work.
