It was really nice. The managers are really fun. The vibe is amazing and the coworkers are fun and friendly. Many activities organized for all the workers and it gives you the feeling to make a difference. They acknowledge your progress and help you when you need it.

I worked many jobs at Ville de brossard and had good experiences in all of them. The pay was always above market average for the role. I felt as thought the conditions were also good. Considering these are public sector jobs, though, you can expect a slower-paced environment and some degree of frustration with administrative hurdles. All and all, a very competent employer with great potential, would definitely recommend

It was the best job that i had so far because it made me very responsible and adaptive. I liked what i was doing because seeing the kids be happy was the best. Managing other animators was also part of the job and I was good at it.

Rake the baseball field, paint the lines and nail the bases to make a baseball field. Takes about an hour to do. When you have multiple fields to do it teaches you time management. It is a fun job because you get to watch the baseball games after.

Lack of empathy, no recognition, treated like a number and replaceable. Other than the vibe with my colleagues and remuneration, there was a lack of support. 

- The pay is not good considering the work 
- Long hours over ( over 40+ hours)
- Since the summer camps are missing employees, you can easily get admitted
