What is the best part of working at the company?
Horrible company to work for. They treat the staff like garbage and you’re definitely nothing but a number. Your safety is not their priority. They allow people to yell and scream at you and do absolutely nothing about it. They also allow people to make s***al comments towards you and they do absolutely nothing about it. Avoid this company 100%

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Your safety does not matter.  Anyone that actually kept us safe at work has been fired or laid off. They do not 100% care about your safety at all. They only care about moving material they don’t care how it gets done. Just get it done.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
you’re nothing but a number they don’t care about you

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Extremely stressful, you don’t know if you’re gonna tip your machine get stuck somewhere or get yelled at.

Nothing was very unprofessional.   Shift supervisor was confused always cursing out employees making rude comments .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The supervisors.   No one talks and always passing blame.  Never taking responsibility.   It is easier working with five year olds jacked up on sugar.

From the shift I worked it was awful everyone hated being there and everyone was talked down to and swore at.  Non professional.

Try to do the job and then get told ten different things as supervisors on shift had no clue what was going on.

Management lacks strong field knowledge and is heavily deadline-driven, often at the expense of employee support and realistic planning. Communication is inconsistent—employees are frequently told one thing and then experience another. Issues are rarely addressed directly; concerns tend to be discussed indirectly rather than through open conversation. Management often takes credit for project outcomes they were minimally involved in. Workplace culture is political and toxic, with low morale among crews. Wages for non-supervisory positions are below industry standards.

The best part is to learn more work & wide your to any category of work not only a one skills need more skilled  for any job to encounter.

Streesful part if the work u don’t no &  no people to help you teach what is good & correct

Week days 10 hours to work
If urgent we can work also Saturday & Sunday if need

Electrical & Mechanical  work.

To rectify  the faults in work field.

Good..we should create a good and balance environment  in these .

No help from supervisors no ppe they don’t provide anything they are supposed to

All it is is go go go. No breaks in a 12 hr shift

Workplace management is quite political, if you're not a yes man you'll be pigeon holed pretty quickly. Unless management likes you they'll still run you into the ground and overworked.

I am happy to be part of Vinci Energies North America Pole. Great work place, great philosophy to guide employees by. I would highly encourage anyone to apply and to work for Vinci Energies, no matter where in the world you are now. 

Equipment is garbage 
Work scope changes 3 times a day
Rework alot because they are not organized 
Best part of job was quitting 
Too many boses and none see eye to eye

No room for growth
Constantly lied to
All in all this company has no compassion for the employees, its production over safety.
