Regular call center type job. Depending on the season you get up to about 30 calls per day and tend to be on the longer side if you are troubleshooting. Not really much room to grow. They also have a bit of a start up mentality ie. Not well organized, and they pretend to care about your well-being/opinions but really don't. The position is being upgraded, so they cut a lot of dead weight, slowly letting go of part timers or people who aren't making big sales. This was good experience for someone wanting to go into tech - it really tests your communication skills - unfortunately they look to only be hiring full time in the future. 

This company is a great place to work, and the only company that I've ever worked at that actually care what the employees think and that ask our feedback on a regular basis and then actually take it to heart and make the changes that we ask for. 
It doesn't feel like anyone in management is above you, but yet alongside you, and they truly value and appreciate their employees. Would highly recommend.

The salary is not great. You can make so much better salary by working at other places for current situation. Management is just not good at handling situation. Just know you are considered as a number there. Although I participated in so much improvement for this company they are just disrespectful and did not care about the honesty I had to inform. 

I love my job from the VOSKER - SPYPOINT as a CSR and a technical support, but the cons will be not having any bonuses, or compensations such as commission for the sales

I enjoy most of my days helping customers and provide technical feedbacks. Poeple are helpful and the variety of colleagues has help me grow in this company in order to develop skills and knowledge. 

Plenty ways to develop yourself in this company. You can count on your colleagues and your manager to succeed. Work life balance, is one of the greatest perks at VOSKER. 

I worked with amazing devs. My team leader (they called them scrum master) was pretty bad.
