I began my role as a Marketing Associate Co-op student, and over these 8 months, I've truly enjoyed my work and learned a great deal. What stands out about this company is the exceptional management and positive work environment—everyone is respectful, and leadership consistently listens to and values their employees. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Everyday would begin with meetings and calibrations. We would start with a department meeting, where management would assign jobs for the day and provide an update on current jobs, failed parts, serial number issue etc. Then I would proceed to calibrate the machines and provide my supervisor with the results; so he is able to enter it in the Inspection book. After which I would be processed to work on the jobs I was assigned that day.

As a long term employee, I do many duties.  I enjoy the diverse tasks and the people I work with.  The General Manager is easy to approach and I feel I am listened to.  

Vac Aero is growing since a new Management team (President/COO and CEO) has come along and they are taking the company into a bright and exciting future with many updates starting to be visible.  

I work at the head office as an accountant. 7.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday. 
The starting time can be flexible if affected by heavy traffic, etc. Hassle free. 
Management and HR teams make sure that your concerns are heard and answered. 
Some may find it fast-paced, but most will find this a rewarding and positive environment to be in. 

Poured myself into this company for almost 20 years. Zero loyalty and the work culture is toxic in every way.
It once was a great company with a great family feel, however that was lost over 10 years ago. 
Unless you can’t find a job anywhere, I’d suggest you walk away from this company and save yourself a headache.
Wish someone gave me that advice years ago before I wasted all that time there
