Knew how to run almost every line, stayed past midnight multiple times to help with quality inspection, trained a handful of good workers had some of the fastest times in the lines I worked in, was let go for missing two days that were taken off in advance, meanwhile theres people that would show up late, or not at all leaving everyone wondering where they were, a lot of the people there you could tell were on something yet being trusted to work building automotive partstheres also this really weird quality engineer that I have literally seen pull on a girls bra strap i could go on and on but its not worth it, just dont work here... Also its pretty funny I actually got a call from them even though I did not reapply, I guess people dont stay there that long eh?

Found the rotating shifts with mandatory overtime hard, following Hondas schedule. Spare parts were minimal and a lot of equipment cheap and badly designed.
Pay and benefits were very good which helped and a bonus scheme that gave extra days vacation 

Bad culture bad management bad wage and benefit. 
You know I can't say its unsafe so there is that silver lining but I've seen better for sure in that department too so... yeah. 
If you know your salt as a worker dont bother here. 

Great place great people. Dislike roatating shifts every 2 weeks. Benifits are great but they need more responsible people in charge. If a midnight position was availible i would stay as overall the place is good.

Worked for over a year and can say that this company will not be standing long. they dont respect or care about workers saftey.i wouldnt reccomened this place to anyone.

Too much inter-personal drama between employees. A culture of general laziness often caused conflict as some people want to work fast and others preferred to work slow.

High turnover and lack of leadership. Causing unnecessary stress. Do not recommend for anyone expecting to have a career here. Very poor work culture.

Never work for this company. Hope Honda fires them all or takes over the company...Poor poor management, staff turn around is just crazy. Treatment of staff is very poor

You will be running your butt off .. best never call in sick the mangers are all really young and have no experience and just aren't trained properly.. but its factory work so there's no winner there

You learned how to work good with ppl and have fun doing it they teach you alot.
