Valley Eats

I began my journey with Valley Eats two years ago, as a delivery driver. I'm currently employed with the company as the Driver Relations Assistant, and I couldn't be happier with my position here. 

The work environment is relaxed, my coworkers are friendly, and there are many perks to being employed at VE.  I feel strongly the management values my commitment and contribution to the company.

Management understand the need for work/life balance very well, and allow employees plenty of flexibility to take care of personal and family concerns. Wages are excellent, particularly for this area, and I feel fairly compensated for my time.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the light-hearted atmosphere, occasional iced coffee deliveries and free lunches. 

I love my job and for the first time in a long time, I enjoy coming to work. You really can't go wrong with Valley Eats. 







The place is great to work in, office atmosphere is awesome, great people, fun, relaxed.

Dispatcher can be either the easiest day or all he*l breaks loose. There is no In between. But in the end of the day, the world won't end if something doesn't get done. 

The worst part is the drivers, some are great, amazing, work with you to get things done and other are children that need their hands held through everything and make your day a living he** Ontop of that they will walk all over you and the management doesn't care. This is the biggest flaw of this place. You gotta mess up real bad to get fired as a driver from this place. 

If they cared as much about the dispatchers as they do the drivers, this place would be the best place to work for.. But until something changes with that relationship, it kind of sucks most of the time. 

Keep in mind I worked there for 6 months in 2022 so who knows, maybe it has changed.. But I doubt it. 



I have been working for Valley Eats since their launch day back in January 2019, and I have not looked back! I started off as a driver and worked my way up the chain into the position I am in now. There is always room to grow within this company and plenty of new learning opportunities to help you advance to the next level.

The flexible work schedule they provide helps you successfully balance your work life/home life. The salary is generous in comparison to other places (and especially for the Valley in general). I always feel valued and heard when it comes to management/CEOs, they always have time for you and listen to any concerns that you may have and are empathetic towards you and your situation. 

I love my job and I could not ask for a better place to work! 

Valley Eats is a wonderful place to work if you want to be treated like the bare minimum. For minimum wage you’re working a job that should be for 2-3 people, the management will tell you to basically get over it and make it work. 
The few employees I worked with will treat you as a team and work with you, but as for the higher ups of the company; well they’re too busy playing Call Of Duty to actually help when it’s needed because their jobs are to sit and look pretty.
So if you’re all down to carry the company, get yelled at by customers because the company doesn’t want you to refund them unless they have to or unless the restaurant made an error; I suggest keeping a far distance from this job.

In my honest opinion, don’t work here unless you want no personal time and if you want to end up depressed hating your life.


I love working here. The schedule is flexible and there are always opportunities to work if you want to pick up extra shifts. The team of dispatchers and management is great. 

Some days can be really busy and you make a lot of money, but some days are slow and you're barely making minimum wage. It's perfect for a side job, but because of its on and off weeks, wouldn't recommend full time. With gas prices recently its been tough to justify the slower days, but overall it's a great company and I enjoy working here.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Can make my own schedule. Excellent source of second income. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some slow days can make it not worth it. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Super friendly dispatch and management team. Quick and efficient reply’s. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I usually work evenings on weekends, 4-5 hours usually as a second income. On a good night I’m making more than my regular job with constant deliveries. Out of town deliveries are nice and usually tip good. Constantly busy but nowhere near stressful.

Valley Eats is the best team that I have ever been a part of.  The opportunity to work for a fresh startup company in this region is very rare and I feel very fortunate to have landed here with this company.  We are given flexibility to work on fun projects try new things and take opportunities to improve our skills.

The workplace atmosphere is light and fun, and we often order food in from our local restaurants.  Working for a thriving local business in a small town gives you something to feel proud about and inspires you do work harder.



Do not work here, they pay you very little and your not paid to sit idling your car waiting for orders…no communication as the contact numbers change daily and like 13 phone numbers to contact people and the restaurants are giving cold food and blame the drivers for taking too long to deliver and management tells you to pick up pace even when the roads are bad…they want you to rush not caring about workers safety or speeding fines…terrible management!!!

I started out with Valley Eats on Day 1 as a driver and over the past 2 years, I have moved up within the company.  Valley Eats allows me to have a great work/life balance and understands the importance of this.  The staff are always friendly and helpful and make the day fun!

Valley Eats is a company where I feel seen, heard, and valued as an employee. The owners are quick to resolve issues, support staff, and overall take care of their employees. It's a fun place to work with a bright company culture and I'm happy to be a part of it!
