Valley Ford

worked there for 20 years and felt very un appreciated and got no respect from management.  The work that got handed out was always given to other techs that had no time, and I was always put on the back burner. The people that have only been there for 1/4 of the time were always treated with more respect.  

Working here is like working in a family environment. You get to really know the other employees and their interests.  Everyone seems to work well together The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing that your hard work meeting deadlines etc, have been met at the end of the day

This was a nice place to work once but I find now it is all rush , rush. There does not seen to be any personality left here anymore. All the older people that have the knowledge are being let go and the new ones are not as qualified as the others that are now gone. I loved my job there but I guess it was not meant to be. I gave my all and still not enough.

I felt super unappreciated and undervalued. They cycle through staff so fast its crazy. No such thing as job security there unless you kiss up to the VP. Things would have been great if she wasnt around. I really enjoyed the job until I was replaced with someone new and shiny. 

I had tons of fun working there, mangers are chill and relaxed. Company events were fun, had a good work schedule. Can be stressful at times when it was busy and things needed to be done quick.

Helping the technicians was always a pleasure, as well as the service writers and detailers. The hardest part was dealing with customers that want their best price as if we are a flea market. 

Not a bad place to work. Competitive wages; benefits; good hours. Management was fair. Majority of co-workers were good to work with.  Would recommend buying a vehicle from Valley Ford.

I really loved working at Valley Ford. But felt very under appreciated when I was given the pink slip.. And made to feel it was my fault that they had a bad month..

great workplace great coworkers and enjoy the family atmoshere. i have been here 7 years now and every day if filled with something new. great spot to work
