I really enjoyed time with my coworkers and the people i was taking care of. Doing activities outside of the house.
There’s no balance in life and work. Barely had time at home, always at work. 
You feel bad to call in sick if you don’t find someone to replace you. Felt bad for saying no plenty of times and scheduling is not stable at all, they change the schedule 5 times a year. 
My mental health took a rough path and no empathy from the management and get blame for everything. 
We were left alone most of the time.
We asked for help and basically need to do things by ourselves. 
Trusting coworkers is something I was afraid because instead of helping each others, they get 
jealous and say false informations to get you in trouble. 
I’m sad that i’ve lost so many years not being happy in my work place instead of enjoying the workplace.

Was a clinical worker where as the previous reviews seem to be iintegration agents which is managed differently. Culture and management are extremely oppressive. It's all about games and manipulation. All management are good friends outside of work and there's no way of defending yourself. Very high rate of depression and burn out amongst clinical employees and high turnover rate. Employees that stick around mostly do so because of retirement funds and thick vacations but are all miserable. New CEO is definitely a welcomed breeze but has a big clean up to do.

The management is poor,they have too many residents and they don't know the patients living in them. Scheduling department is horrible, they're four workers that does scheduling and they always manage to mess things up. They will harass your phone all day in order for you to come in an hour earlier.

I was an assistant for a summer camp, I assisted with one kid and I just had to follow her and make sure she was okay and behaving properly. The kid that I was assigned to gave me some trouble but I knew how to handle it to some extent because Valoris gave us enough training about how to deal with these situations.

This job was even better than i excepted.
 It is a very rewarding job. The kids are so fun to work with, 
they are adorable. It was a very positive experience for me.

working with people is very nice, the management not so much. a lot of favoritism and unfairness among the workers. I found that the job is very rewarding tho!

Co-workers were awesome, the job was good but we should be payed more
