Quite possibly the best supervisor I have ever had, unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. The head honcho is pushy, set in his ways and unresponsive to new ideas. I haven't met a soul (currently or previously employed there) that has anything nice to say about him. The turn-over rate for entry level employees is astronomical which speaks to the position, hours and compensation. After a few months of employment I was the senior crew member and eventually was training new hires that were being paid more than me. There is overtime most mornings but largely due to a lack of planning and being understaffed. Which is because nobody wants to work graveyards for terrible pay not because of scheduling ineptitude. Also a collective disregard for safety measures and protocols was frustrating because it's something I take seriously.

You're just a number until your body breaks


If you want to work for a company rife with nepotism,favoritism and
poor management then, this is the company for you. Bullying, gossiping and harassment is ignored by superiors.




Great company to work for as long as you're putting in the numbers. The minute you become hurt on the job is when management begins harassing you. They want to make you quit or find any grounds they can to fire you. They will also hire anyone including thugs off the Toronto streets. Favouritism is the motto so get your lips ready

It is not the best place to work. If you are not Chinese, you might suffer because some of the supervisors do not want to speak in English. Lack of communication between all departments, The manager is the king and he is not willing to listen to the staff. Basically you are no one, it does not matter how well you do your work. They will promise you wage raises, training, and benefits but they give you anything. 

Workplace culture is very aggressive and rude. 
No benefits

-most hires are Chinese
-stressful work environment, juggling multiple tasks with urgency and accuracy
-management sucks, expect you to work on days off and not rewarded for extra effort
-everyone looks depressed and hates coming to work because of toxicity 
-management uses emotions to deal with work stress instead of clear head
-avoid to save your mental

Old fashioned style card punch. Straight forward work, lots of events, company dinners, barbeques. Very strict on the overtime and hours worked. Friendly environment always busy and something to do.

I had a great time working with the crews here. A little tension between the overnight and morning crews, but they’re all good folks. There was a management shift as I was leaving that didn’t seem to be for the best, but other than that, I was treated very well by this company.

Generally it’s a face-paced work environment, you get some support from a few really good supervisors, but generally speaking warehouse staff don’t get treated fairly both in compensations and respect for what they do. 

Dispatch is nice and friendly. Their truck is new and in good condition. Not much physical work. Using power tools to loading and unloading. Job is easy but if you’re looking for good income this is not for you. 

I find Diversified is a great place to either gain experience for jobs or to keep yourself afloat until something more permanent comes up. The people are pleasant and helpful. It's never boring, which would be why I still work for them.

It is a busy place, for sure you will never get bored. The best advantage, in my opinion, is the flexibility of the schedule, however for long periods of time work can be repetitive.
