Job is nice for young people with basic manual skills. Take around 5 days to complete the first steps of modifications for the van then you repeat the same task. Isolation is made with rock wool and is very unpleasant. The overall job is fun and the team is nice to work with.

They are flexible about the working schedule. They make you sign a working contract without the retention bonus written on it and without giving you a copy which is unusual in my experiences. 

VanLife MTL is a dream company that offers dream employment. The company culture is very casual and friendly, although everyone gives their 110%. At the end of the day it feels like we have accomplish someting big. Great benefits and a great place to be if you have any interest in the van adventure.

The workplace culture is great. Management support the employees and encourage the staff. When working you feel you are supported by the staff from other department. From the first time I entered the office, I felt the great atmosphere right away. The owners are friendly and accessible when you need to reach them.
