VCMT is a great place to work! It is a small administrative team and large instructional team filled with people who support each other. 
Work level is busy but manageable.   Training is fine - sometimes have to try to figure things out but everyone works together to make things happen!
I learned a lot at the college and am going to miss everyone.

The whole experience working there was fun. I do not know how they do it but the students, instructors, management and even most of the patients were all super nice.  Working at the front is much as you'd expect but management will sometime ask you to work on projects and that is great to mix it up. I am going to miss all the wonderful characters and the nearby sushi. 

I was with VCMT for 5 years and will miss it! Management  and staff genuinely show respect and care. Students can be challenging, but if you're patient it works out. Management would check in to see if support is required and how we are doing. Co-works are great. Because it is a small office sometimes pick up  tasks but if you enjoy a variety, it keeps it interesting. If you show potential there's room to grow. 

VCMT is a great place to work. Going above and beyond is seen and recognized. There is genuine care shown by management to make sure the team is doing well. A college value is to support the students and they are (mostly) super appreciative. Workload is busy but reasonable. Not a lot of turnover but opportunities to grow if do a good job. Happy way to pass the day and feel like making a difference. 

Loved my two years as a part-time receptionist at VCMT. The team was supportive and flexible with my schedule, which made balancing other commitments much easier. It was a calm, friendly place to work, and I enjoyed interacting with the students and staff. Management was always appreciative of any extra help I offered. Overall, I had a really great experience!

Really poor management/ownership. Way too much micromanagement. You work with nice people and students in general but the job is difficult due to being micromanaged to an extreme. Work tasks assigned do not feel meaningful or important, often it feels like you are just being assigned busy work that doesn't actually go anywhere or get used.

I worked at VCMT for three years and loved it for the most part. The people, staff, instructors and students are great. The best part of the job is the people and culture. The hardest part is being part of a small team means we need to wear multiple hats but for me that was fun and meant I didn't get bored.

Loved my time as a pet time receptionist while at VCMT. The team worked so well around my busy schedule and we’re so supportive when I had to end my employment. Lovely team to work with and nice calm environment in the clinic with fabulous customers.  Great perk having a free massage per week.

VCMT was a great place to work. Everyone worked as a team and was very patient when learning the role in the beginning of employment. They also were very appreciative and thankful for any extra work that was done. Every person was wonderful!
