Vega has gone significantly downhill. Years ago it was a great place to work, the people were great, and the culture was incredible. Since then, they have down significant layoffs the last two years in a row, and rehire for the same positions for less pay, including people who are maternity leave. Management is checked out, and disrespectful to staff. People are incredibly unhappy and leaving.

If you see a company with significant job turnover you have to ask yourself why?

Vega is by far the best  company i’ve worked at. I enjoy working with my team and everyone else in the business. The executives are amazing at what they do - they have lots and lots of coaching and development opportunities available.

Loved working for Vega! Amazing culture, amazing people and amazing products. All employees are treated with much dignity and respect. The company is also a pioneer in work place development in my opinion.

Vega was recently acquired by an investment company - this is the second round of lay offs and lots of great people and great talent was let go. It used to be a great brand to work for.  

Great work-life balance yet the management team kept changing strategies. Marketing team was ineffective in determining product strategy. Danone take-over of the company put a damper on the culture.

I really enjoy my work and job at Vega. We have a great culture and people that work here are super smart and have passion for lifestyle and wellbeing.

Supportive and caring management. Lots of opportunities to learn. I wish there was more room to grow. Hopefully WM partners will help the company to expand.
