Not a good place to work. They don’t treat their employees right and refuse to listen to any of their concerns. They go through employees incredibly fast as they constantly fire them, or they quit because they can’t stand to work there. They won’t pay decent wages either. There’s many health and safety violations that this place has and won’t do anything about either. Would not recommend working here as the environment is toxic and bullying 

Where do we start wages are one of the worst in belleville ont you are not guaranteed an annual cost of living raise many have worked there for 3 yrs plus with no raises but you do get an annual review no cares covid hit the cost of living went up but our pays did not we have went through over 75 people turn around this year whith more to come. Manger watches you over camera from his office which is creepy do yourself a very don't work here most use it only as a bridge to find a better paying job

Joke of a factory. Dirty everywhere. Bathroom speckled with a variety of bodily fluids. Lunchroom is a disgusting joke. Next to no lighting. Favouritism is rampant. A FEW amazing co workers but a lot of dead weight.
No pay scale or structure. Pay is an absolute joke. wont be given benefits until 3 months after you’re supposed to and then back charged full amount when you had no access to them. Safety isn’t a concern at all. Any concerns you have will be disregarded. Will terminate for  poor excuse and zero warning. Wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy.

Favouritism, toxic work environment with certain groups, given no contract to sign, no communications on benefits, they will pay you minimum wage doing other jobs other people get paid higher for, time in time out system made you have to be there at exact time supposed to clock in, clock out otherwise it docks your pay no matter what, one second or minute after set schedule it will do it.

Most of the people there are great but they don't know where last year's snow went. Work there under the name mechanics helper did more than helping I built a lot of things. Cut joined drilled welded equipment together with drawings from the floor. Maintenance guy was awesome management something else.

Don't understand the bad reviews. Most employees are long term, so that proves its a decent place to work. No nights or weekends is a bonus.  Get a raise after 6 months and then every year, pay is decent. Each department is like a team, we have fun. Every quarter we have a bbq or luncheon to celebrate something.

I worked there for 3 months I went everyday and the place was awful the people are all extremely judgemental and talk about you behind your back. It is a toxic working environment and a very dirty place. They over work you for a terrible pay 3 10 minute breaks and one 20 minute lunch during a 10 hour shift if anyone is considering working here I highly recommend you do not. 

Terrible management and even worse maintenance. Machines as old as my grandma ran completely into the ground. Wages are low and safety is not a company priority. The lunch room does not get cleaned (literally dead flies in the fridge 3 years old). Small things like this shows the type of respect you can expect from this place.

Needs to pay a higher wage like the other factories and I think they would have more employees. Many people don’t want to work or won’t work hard for minimum wage. 

Work isn’t hard, like not working weekends. It’s hot in the summer! Coworkers are great and all mostly get along. There are some operators that aren’t the best. Pretty good pay.
