Venus Concepts has great company cultural.
They take on cool vacations for sales meetings, half -day fridays in the summer, corporate lunches every so often. They will throw you baby showers or fair well party when you leave. The environment is very chill and casual, its almost the perfect job. However, be prepared to be over-worked and underpaid.

Managers and bosses are not trained on how to run a team. They will micro-manage you every step of the way. The only people who truly benefit are the ones who sleep there way to the top ( this actually happens) or the ones who brown-nose to upper management. 

Hard work, positive attitudes, determination are not rewarded. If your looking for a company for to gain experience for your resume. Then is is a good start. However, if you want more out of your career avoid this place like the plague

I would stay away as there is little hope here unless the CEO and President are replaced with best-in-class management and a CFO who can manage a spreadsheet.  Sales managers and Directors come and go within 6-12 months. It is difficult to get appointments with their old and tired-looking equipment that has been pitched to lower-income and less sophisticated buyers with little to no credit.  Inside is impossible to process deals quickly and commissions are always late or off.  Stay away or you will be leaving within 6 months at this revolving door.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
 There was a lack of leadership which was challenging.  The executive team and senior leadership team are out for themselves, they provide  no direction and have no concern for employees and their wellbeing. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fairly toxic.  Not a positive place to work. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Incredibly busy, you work long hours with no recognition

Venus concept is not an easy place to work. There are a lot of great employees who work hard and care about the company.  Unfortunately their efforts are not recognized or rewarded by management or HR.    This is an organization that will take what it can from their employees and give very little in return.  Work/life balance is not a priority, burnout is often rewarded with termination of employment.  If feeling valued is important to you, then I would not recommend working for this organization.

Non competitive salary/ lack of full benefits (401K etc) - Unless you're in sales.

Poor work culture
Poor communication between departments
Micro managers
A lot of time spent driving/traveling 30min - 6 hrs depending where your customers are.

Some freedom with field position
You make your own schedule

As others had mentioned this is not a company that care about their people. They constantly demand more from you but give nothing in return. If you speak up your shown the door.  

The CEO is the most unique I've worked for. A skilled leader who developed a culture an enjoyable workplace as well as motivating his staff to achieve the most productivity possible.

Venus  Concept has a great company culture, great benefits competitive salary for the tasks and minimal stress in regards to the business enhancement manager position.
I truly recommend

Basically, if you stroke the right people’s ego you will move up in this company. And, you would think HR would be there to mitigate some of the BS but you would be very wrong to think that.

They made you work for at least 3 people, very poor management, everyone just come and go within 6 months. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in a place where you don't feel valued and have to work for 12 hours a day.
