Verdant is a good place to work at if your expectations aren’t very high and you need a stable job and a pay check every two weeks.
The staff is nice and friendly.
BUT it is an extremely unorganized company. Policies and procedures do not even exist for most aspects of the business and everyone is just running around all day trying to get answers to their questions. 
The management does not do anything to improve this, does not make any changes and is not involved in problem solving or listening to employees’ suggestions. You’re pretty much on your own. Also workload is huge and there’s no support or assistance.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Because I'm looking for a more salary

Sales can be tough in some organizations.  The culture here is hard working, but fun.  The opportunity for a significant sales revenue is here as the product is outstanding and the market is huge. Management is fair and approachable. My colleagues are diverse, talented, and easy to work with.  The best part is that I'm laughing everyday.

The hardest and most enjoyable part of the job was the lack of structure. It allowed me free reign when problem solving but also lent little help by way of support. The team was awesome and the work varied and was therefore never boring. I learned to trust my instincts and that I am capable of accounting tasks.

Formerly Emerson - now Copeland. Terrible place to work with no job security. Upper management targets and harasses hard working employees while the long term ones are allowed to nap under a table most of their shift. No accountability, no appreciation and worst of all; favouritism of certain employees
Don’t even waste your time here 

Verdant has its hiccups but the environment is amazing. The people there are absolutely amazing and fun to work with. We had BBQ every Friday and ate out a lot. Great place to work minus the hiccups.

The most enjoyable part of working at Verdant is learning all that is to be learned by those that work there. Beyond that, the ability to smile at work is another.

Company is successful with pleasant people. Friday lunch BBQ are amazing. Unfortunately, the warehouse is overcrowded, volume of work is high and pace of work is very fast (one week of overtimes every month).

This is nice place to start or continue your career. They value if you are good at what you do and due its fast-paced growth, there are opportunities for you to grow in your career as well.
