I truly appreciate working at Verdun. Every day I learn new things in the field, and the managers are very supportive, collaborative and always provide helpful guidance. My colleagues are absolutely amazing, and we work in a comfortable and respectful environment. We also have enough vacation days, which allows us to enjoy a good work-life balance. I've never faced any issues with inclusion, Verdun truly feels like a family.
Certainly there are challenging moments in customer service and a fast paced workload sometimes, but with the support of the team and managers we manage to handle it well.
I value the company's principles, the team harmony and the involvement and support from the managers. It's been a wonderful experience overall 

On paper this job seems great. GGood vacation, free lunch. Seems like a good work life balance. The office environment and stress they put their employees through is not worth the benefits. There is strong favouritism and management are not supportive at all. They over work the employee and get them to do things that management should be taking care of. For example, they refuse to speak to angry clients who cuss and scream at helpless employees and tell them to deal with it. They have a very high turnaround from people either quitting or firing them because they do not blindly listen to management.    
This is one situation where the offer really is too good to be true.

The only thing that was nice over there was the coworkers (Not the administration, they we're bias towards certain employees and cruely complacent with the ones they didn't care for), The food the have for lunch was nice but everything else felt trash. I have no problem liften heavy items all day but with the mood at work and the supervisor always trying to stop people from even talking while working made work feel draining. Extremely repetitive, Administration doesn't care much for employees, the lunch and break time are too short for the 12hr shift that they give, Pay isnt great to beginning with and doesnt feel worth it once you see the work conditions

Working at Verdun Windows and Doors is rewarding and engaging. A typical day involves collaboration with a supportive team, learning about industry trends, and improving customer experiences. Management is approachable, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The hardest part is balancing multiple tasks during peak times, but it’s also the most exciting as you feel accomplished at the end of the day. The best part? The sense of teamwork and knowing you’re contributing to a company dedicated to quality and sustainability. Verdun is a great place to grow professionally!

Working Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
I learn a lot about windows (Product, installation and repair) and government program for construction.
The managers are nice and you can talk about the task and finding solution to make the work task easier on a daily basis.
The hardest part of the job is to speak with the few customer that are not happy with our service.
The most enjoyable part of the job is to work with your coworker to divide the task on a daily and weekly basis and the fact that is an open space that you can see each other and talk.

Main issue is the new management. Also nothing secure in their system as multiple times unknown installers purchase materials under other people's name as its to hard to set up passwords for employees. You are just a number here. Management will lie to make themselves look better. You will be asked to hid stuff from clients and if you don't you will lose your job. Back charges are ridiculous if you are a sub contractor as they only want you working for them so will do everything in their power for you to work for them.

I enjoy my job from the moment I start to the moment i end my shift.
My colleagues are positive and so fun to be around. 

We are blessed to have people that care in our management staff. This goes a long way for me, if I feel appreciated at work, this will impact my work performance and productivity. If I am managed well and respected, I will be THE BEST employee to the company.

I truly see myself working for Verdun Windows and Doors for the rest of my career days. 


Verdun has built a great work environment that stems from wonderful leadership. It is clear they value and care for there staff. 

Even after many years of experience in this field of work, I seem to gain new knowledge everyday. 

There are more challenging days then others, but upper management are always there to help and guide us in the right direction.

Verdun Windows and Doors is a great company to work for. They trust you and are open to suggestions/opinions. You can advance quickly enough if you find areas to improve and suggest ways to do it.
Everyone works together and help each other to reach targets.
The company cares about its employees health, they have a gym on site and a standing desk with walking pad that you can use.
With 5 weeks of holidays a year, the work-life balance is great!

They over work you, keep adding more to your plate and think you’re a work machine.  The place is VERY poorly managed, they don’t care for you.  Your job security is 0 as they can terminate you for no cause with 0 warning, doesn’t matter how long you have worked there and what your job title is.  They can’t even produce the product properly, looks great on paper but in person is a different story. Personally I would avoid this company at all cause
