Management themselves are laid back and relaxed in their approach to managing employees, but the overall environment of the company is very professional. You’re always treated with respect, even by those above you, and there’s never any question of what you’re supposed to be doing when you come into work.

Unorganized ,and very cluttered workplace.Senior employees carry a sense of entitlement and are narcissistic in  behavior,Clearly not the company to work for if starting out form college in a new career   

Safety is a huge deal at this place, which makes me feel secure while I work.  It’s great to work for a company that actually cares about our well-being, not just as workers but as people. It's a refreshing change from other places where safety feels like an afterthought.

I was this company for about a year or so and picked up a lot, The work wasn’t terribly difficult but it gave me valuable experience while also paying my bills. It was never my long term goal to stay here for more than a year but I was tempted honestly. They’re a great employer.
