Backstabbing and lies. In this company the culture is one set of rules for the floor staff than office staff

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in early work hard and not get overtime hours

I was responsible for set up and operation of the Hypertherm Plasma cutting table. not much supervision, must be able to work on your own, My mechanical capabilities came in very well, as most production called for reading texts manuals, calling support services and occasionally synthesize well going outside the guide lines.

company was being revamped. it was the best it could be at the time. everyone i met and worked along was nice and respectful. altho i did venture much with in the community of the work place. i just did my job and clocked out.

This is definitely a company that pushes and challenges its employees to give their absolute best, but I find that this makes my work feel even more rewarding. My team is excellent and give me all the support I need to excel in my role at Veriform. 

Gained a lot of experience. Worked with some cool people. Learned a lot about myself. Made better money than I would have at a lot of other companies.  Overall, had a good year with the company. I left on my own terms, so no hard feelings here.

Disorganized no one in management seems to care other than that I have nothing else to say about the place other than come find out for yourself.. if you live in Cambridge there are way better paying jobs 

Management that is very involved in the day to day operations of the company to ensure that everyone succeeds in their jobs. 
Nice supervisors & colleagues. Overall, a great team.
Collaborative and inclusive culture. It’s like one big family!

Managers aren’t there to just yell at you and berate you. They support their workers and even had our backs against clients when it came down to it. It was a solid work environment, and one I’m glad I got to experience.
