Vets Sheet Metal

My experiences at this employer were very educational.
There was always lots to do and I was given a fair amount of freedom to do my job as I saw best. Job expectations towards the end were a little fuzzy and I could tell that changes were coming.
I quite enjoyed my relationships with/working with the majority of my suppliers.

They put a lot unto developing people internally. So when you stick with them and put the work in, they'll put the work into you to make you a better and more valuable employee.

Vets Sheet Meatal is a Trade based Sheet metal and plumber business. They specialize in custom fabrication of sheet metal, mostly in HVAC and business Air handling units.

Passive management syle and I received no training. It's an old boys club and did not feel respected. The company states they have a great work culture, however I experieced little work culture. There is little diversity in the company.

Service manager and vp are very normal people with great attitudes. Office staff,dispatch and administration are amazing.  All the  necessary  Tools and great service trucks. Other team members are fantastic people.  

I enjoyed some of the challenge of some of the work that needed to be completed daily such as fabricating and install material at heights with proper safety procedures in place.

Very skilled and experienced tradesmen with great family values and tradition moving in the right direction technologically and in business.

One of the better sheet metal companies. Highly recommend. 
Management is fair and takes safety seriously. Worked in the shop.  They are a great company with lots of opportunity

No slow weeks , lots of work available , training available on different equipment. In town and out of town work , opportunity for relocation in the futre .

The place is average environment.  Most of the employees were ok but the morale was low and work environment was average.
