The overall experience would have been more pleasant if the management was consistent on how the approaches each task and each scenario. The upper management staff was too young for the responsibilities that they were to have. When my own supervisor didn't know simple housekeeping questions and would ask me how the situation should be handled when I just started the job.

Management was very emotional, yelling at staff and costumers. Management had poor time management and would become very stressed during a minor set back. Applied to work as a server, I was asked to start in housekeeping until they could be fully staffed in that department and then would move me to serving in an on-site bar. Housekeeping was constantly understaffed and I was never moved to serving.

My Boss was terrific and I enjoyed my work there. My crew worked as a team and we shared our talents and experience when it came to repairs.My only regret was the distance to work as fuel prices are high and the wear and tear on my vehicle .

Such a low stress seasonal job, unlike any restaurant or corporate chain. Pay is better, benefits are better, and guests/coworkers are better! An awesome job for any older teen/ young 20’s

Staff frequently quit or are fired only one or two staff have been working there for over a year or two if that high turnover doesn't say somthing.

I loved the position of Front Desk Agent at Viamede however the overall management of the location was poor. Training was minimal, The environment was not comfortable to be in and management offered little to no help.

blamed us once for a camera that a guest misplaced and said he would call the police if someone didnt step up

I worked here for my second summer. It was always hectic, but guests were great, management was generally supportive, and the team really worked together.

This was a good summer job as a student as the staff house was a party environment and the job was easy.  The owner was never around.  The downside was it was mostly a seasonal resort so winter was slow

Loved working there but boss was a bit difficult to get a read of. Happy with guests and fellow coworkers. Job was fun and never a dull moment. Wish it was no seasonal
