At the beginning of the initial takeover of the global company, everything remained the same - supporting a production environment in Canada. During phases of downsizing/consolidation work evolved into identifying systems that could be elimintaed and/or moved to US. I worked with very dedicated group of people faced with extreme challenges.
The hardest part of this job was seeing a large number of extrtemely hard-working and dedicated people being let go - saying farewell to friends.

Learned a lot about people management and time management. Perfected my project management skills and expanded my knowledge of systems and applications. Opportunities to expand my career are not available and personal relationships decide the future of employees.

Wonderful experience to lead talented people to achieve business success and personal/professional career growth. Opportunities to enhance managerial, communication, business acumen, leadership and other valuable transferable skills. Opportunities for advancement and career growth.

company pay good. benefit good, always give enough time to analyst to do their work. always pay overtime. daily work schedule are reasonable. this is the best company i work so far. unlucky, the company was sold and restructured, lots of employees were given a package and send home.

The company is on the right path to succeed following an aggressive M&A strategy.
It is always good to work in a company that is growing and being part of a major transformation. 
That goes with lots of long hours and constant changes in the processes to adapt to the new modus operatis.

The organization went through number of restructurings and employees are expected to pick up the work. 
Lack of job security along with long hours makes the job less enjoyable.
