Working as a brand ambassador definitely helped me learn more about people and their wants and needs from the companies they trust. That being said, I worked mostly in liquor sampling at LCBO locations in my area. There would unfortunately be some customers who I could not serve as they were clearly inebriated, making awful comments which was the hardest part about my job, but my supervisor was great in making sure I was safe with letting staff at the locations know ahead of time to have security close by if it happened again. Training is very detailed, and I loved learning more about different companies we represented, especially with how energetic our supervisor was. In fact, on one of my first jobs, my supervisor came to help out as he knew it was a an unusually busy day and that level of dedication to your employees succeeding was a wonderful surprise in comparrison to other customer facing jobs I've had in the past. I would give them a 5/5 but I haven't worked there in several years, so I don't know if their structure has changed. All in all, if you're young and new to marketing, this is definetly a place I would start. 

I worked as a coordinator starting off part time. I got paid for 20hrs of work even though I was putting in full time hours. I talked to my manager about this and he said he was going to rework my contract. Fast forward 2 months I talked to him, and the response I got was something along the lines of "when we love what we do, compensation doesnt matter." On top of that I was managing teams from east coast to west coast so had to be work from 10am to 12am until all ambassadors were done their shifts. When there was promotions in the bars it would be from 10am to 3am. The culture is terrible, ripoff compensation,  no direction, and management is a bunch of monkeys in suits.

Horrible management, they have very high turnover because of this. Management is very unprofessional and has little to no knowledge about the business they are helping to run. 

Pay is not nearly enough for what they expect. Years ago it was a great company to work for. In 2025 it’s a terrible company. The work culture and the management have really changed for the worse. 

I feel bad for employees that still waste their time working here. Just keep looking for a more reputable company. 

Absolutely one of the best companies I have ever worked for! The only reason I left is they set me up for success so well that I was promoted internally for position with company they represented! Excellent remuneration and great communication! Loved every minute with Vibrant !

Great company to be working for. Awesome hourly pay. Only down side is your not always guaranteed shifts as it's first come first serve. All interactions with ambassadors and mangers is done via email .

Working with Vibrant Marketing was a great experience. The employees are extremely welcoming and personable. The training provided for each specific event is helpful, and makes employees feel more comfortable and confident when working.

Working for Vibrant Marketing was a very special experience. Each employee has almost 100% free reign. The hardest part of the job was to be autonomous. The lack of supervision and guidance made it hard to strive within the business.

Really great team to work with as a brand ambassador. I still work here since it is such a great environment and love going into the office for training as well.

Had a blast working here. Very accommodating job and various projects to work on. Possible work on the road, contracts & paid gas mileage for the car is excel
