While I worked at VibroSystM I saw approximately one person fired per month. Lots of restructuring, which means a lot of jobs are in constant jeopardy. The management is family run and tight-knit, so don't expect to advance much within the company. 

There are some truly amazing people who work there, and it's not all bad. The pay is great, the hours are stable, but it comes with a high stress, fast-paced environment.

I honestly did love the work and had no idea my job was on the line. I wasn't given any warnings or write-ups prior to my termination. So don't trust what's written in the so-called employee handbook.

- Positive work culture and  very supportive management. 
- The position comes with solid benefits: employer contributes to RRSP, some positions include remote working.
-Coworkers are very kind.
-Company offers good training to new employees, even if they dont  have experience in the industry. There is always room for growth 
-You have a great secure job, some staff is being there since the beginning of the company. 
-Great place to work!

Pros

couple of educated and professional people - nice to talk and work

Cons

- poor educated people with no knowledge
- family run company (sisters, brothers, uncles occupied all management positions)
- no advance in career
- bad salary comparing to salary benchmark
- most of clients taking sides with competitors that offer reliable and efficient service than Vibrosystm
