I was with Vickar Community Chevrolet for 7 years. In those 7 years my co-workers became family to me. I was taught a lot over those 7 years, both about the job and about myself.  The biggest disappointment about the workplace was the pay, and the management. The pay was enough for the workload and having to take abuse from the managers and customers. 
The new controller was trying to change the culture and how we talked to one another, and if someone was speaking negatively towards you he would step in and attempt to resolve the situation so that you wouldn't need to take the stress.
For being there for 7 years I was barely making more than minimum wage even with the advancement I had made in the company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Toxic to work this place.working more than 5 yrs dont get any salary increase.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner and the people running the business.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Simple word to describe working on this place.TOXIC

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working monday to friday and the routine always the same.they yelling at you infront of the other people.

Not a bad place to work, most people are nice. Management is kind of all over the place, not much room to move up. Lots of false promises and they like to tell you what you wanna hear without following through. Lot attendants are very underpaid for the work they expect, if you’re a lot attendant expect to be at everybody’s disposal for a bunch of different things.

nice people. giving lots of chances but 1 mistakes even if not true hard to get the trust again. i am thankful for 6 years i've been there learned a lot especially in detailing and more. no perferct company we can't always get all what we want. im very thankful to this company really helped a lot. and the company now who accepted me and trust me.  be thankful not just complain

The people are friendly, but the work place does not get you anywhere in life and only pays minimum wage even if you worked there for three or more years. There also can be alot of catty drama, but that is like most work places. 

Management perpetuated poor treatment of employees and contributed to gossip around the dealership. Felt like liability instead of an employee since my position wasn't in sales. 

Definitely a 'Boys Club' on the salesfloor. 



I do not have anything nice to say about working here, unfortunately.  The management is a joke and they are too busy kissing butt than actually taking care of any problems that arise.  If you don't kiss butt, you are an outcast.

very busy nature of work.  Lots of oppurtunities awaits you for promition since the management consider all hard working employees. good place to start

Good place to work at, guys were great except one. Would return definitely if had the chance but don’t they are full. Highly recommend business with them
