If you are looking for a place to advance you won’t find it here. The salary (hourly) is not good for what you have to do but the CEO is very nice and understanding. the manager on the other hand is a young kid on a power trip (very bossy). Long hours. Getting called or texted passed working hours on your personal phone about work from sales reps or manger, very annoying.

This position presents an opportunity for someone willing to do the work. Very little micro-management and lots of opportunities to work independently. If you are not a self-starter you will not succeed. 
  The management is very well qualified to offer direction when required. 
 Generous pay structure with attainable sales goals. Great company cohesion. All the tools you require are always made available to you. Even if they don't exist yet!

In a very competitive market, this company is trying to apply a business model that doesn’t work. The pressure to be onsite, which could require a lot of traveling versus productive time offsite- most likely at home- isn’t conducive in today’s marketplace. The manager is essentially a nice person, however, he and his direct manager are very out of touch with the Canadian market and how to work with their staff.

Management is disorganized and communication at all levels is non-existant. People with no background in the industry are telling those with experience how to do their jobs. Management has no concept of the actual market in a given location. If you consider yourself  a professional stay away from this company.  

Work-life balance is great and the management is great.
The pay is average but the benefits are good.

I've learned many skills in customer service and marketing. Open to working with different departments.

Always have room for people who work hard and smart enough, the position base on salary and commission structure and bonus, if someone just blame about the base Salary it mean they have never worked hard enough to be success. nothing come easy and. work here for 3 year and happy about process and what I get today.

Working with a great team, all working together to better help our designer and stone fabricator community. 
The schedule is flexible, as long as you put in the hours and show results.
Everyday is a different challenge and so much fun.

It’s a nice company to work for and very understanding and supportive management , nice co workers , very understanding manager and the boss is super supportive to his workers 

This company is great to work for, there is flexibility in working hours, a great team to work with and regular office lunches for employees. Management is easy to talk to.

Would like outside sales reps to work on multiple million dollar accounts and only offering 45,000 a year 

dont waste your time - might as well work retail
