Birthday Cake every month, Free catered meals sometimes, gift certificate for birthday.

Too Top heavy. Afternoon shift is useless.

Kind of like High school, depends what dept you are in though

Pushed to work more when other departments can’t keep up as it is so is left with nothing to do

Unfortunately they don't have team work culture.

Depending on the department very stressful and individualist.

Wake up early, fly or drive to the installation projects and try to finish the plan for the day.

Extremely family oriented .

Meeting Tight deadlines. 
Making sure quality is always met.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I have never been part of such a positive culture. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast paced, always something to do, the days go by really fast.

For example every moth cake and ice-cream for birthday and a birthday person will receive the "Chicken chef" voucher from the owner of this organization. 
In summer lot of outdoor activities. In winter, fishing and other activities. The main beauty is sharing food. Vidir is a multicultural work place where you will see the people all around the world. So it is very interesting where you share your thoughts and experiences with different backgrounds. 

3rd generation entitlement 
 Was one of the best companies to work for, for many years 
Very sad to see how bad a company can become in a few years. 
 Very frustrating place to work if you have any dignity or ambition 
 If you are incapable of a good days work and are unable to get a job anywhere else, this is the place for you

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not a very welcomed one......very negative , never heard anything good about our work there isn't really a culture

Most of the coworkers are great. And a lot of the immediate supervisors are also very good people. But the upper management NEVER wants to listen to what the employees and the smaller supervisors say. It is often a very stressful environment due to management not making good decisions. The hours are great, wages are competitive but nothing better if you are not in the office

Entering a workplace having your colleagues greeting you with a big smile is the best part of starting a day at Vidir. Very encouraging co-workers and leaders make a job look easy and worthy. Family-like bonds with the whole staff make the workplace look like more of a fun place to work.
