Most co-workers were friendly and nice to work with, but some in management, were the opposite of friendly. I wasn't given any freedom to use my own ideas. Also, there is an large gap between employees and management.

The best part of my day was working at the offsite compound, or in the rear car lot. In these situations, I felt like I had the opportunity to complete my/my team's tasks. The hardest part of my day was never feeling like I had a career, here.

I re-affirmed at this job, that I am looking for a career. And that I should look for a place of employment that suits a career path, not just a job.

While there are some really good people employed there, this is one of the worst run dealerships I have ever had the misfortune to work at, very bad management guarantee that it will remain a bone yard for failure for any sales people who do not speak either Cantonese or Mandarin.

Support and backing of their sales staff is less than non existent which leads to very high turnover of staff whom they have no problem disposing of at a whim, there is little chance of a long term future for them or those unfortunate enough to work there.

The entire staff is very friendly and caring, you can tell people really enjoy their jobs. We are always joking around and having a good time (we can still be professional though). Management doesn’t breathe down the employees’ necks (which is rare in sales) but are always there when we need help. I find the amount of staff in all of the departments who have worked there for a long time very reassuring! Really nice to work at a place that isn’t owned by a dealer group. Cool that it is a family run operation.

There has been a lot of turnover in staff, so not fair to comment on how it is now, but when I was there, there was plenty of politics with upper management and pettiness from the owner.  I know that they have been trying to change the culture there.  
     Other than 1 or 2 cancers in upper management, I enjoyed working with the rest of the staff, which is what kept me there.  Pay is ok, but they did scale back my pay twice.

To put this in simple terms, I loved working there, everything was awesome, including the management, and co-workers. I learned a lot, such as answering phone calls much more professionally, and greeting customers, filing documents, and much more.

I have learned the family business operation culture,  I learned different Brand products ...more knowledgeable.
the hardest part is resetting the new products , but I still felt positive to challenge me how to move on and success ....here we are!

Working there was fine for 6 months as an express technician. Very little room for advancement - people working in express for 2 or 3 years. You dont learn how to do a wide variety of jobs.

I've learnt a lot here but they are very cheap when it comes to salary. Raises arnt given often, they don't appreciate employees.
They are willing to train new people which I'm grateful for.

Busy store, there are a lot of traffics and internet lead.
But you will need to work very hard and devote your life to achive the goal and to the point of manager's espectation, it way too far

Daily stress (expected). Poor lighting but above average working area between each service bays. Low starting hourly rate for apprentices but there is room to grow.
