Pros: Easy job to obtain and keep if you do your part. Tips range from good to fantastic depending on the day. Flexible hours.  Employees and friendly and helpful. Laidback working environment. Causal dress code. 

Cons:  Lack of gas money compensation for drivers (not competitive to match for current gas prices and other pizza places). Management is poor. No real empathy, care, and benefits from management. No way to increase salary and advance to higher position in the company (dead end job). High turnover rate from lack of training and salary. 

I do enjoy many aspects about my job. I have refined my skills in food prep, and time management. I have great staff and enjoy the responsibility that comes with running the restaurant.

Good group of people at villages with a very chill work environment. When it’s busy your almost never in the store as a driver, but if it’s slow your just doing very little work and hanging with coworkers.  Great job! Average tips is like 30-90 for atleast a 4 hour shift. 

During downtime you can either do nothing or you can prep yourself for the rush and if you are already all prepped, you can just relax but the boss won't like that.

Had my food safe and brought it in when I applied as they said you can get paid more with it and was paid minimum and no raises available to me. It was very unfair.

Very poorly run, improper training.  Never was told what my job would consist of. Only positive was the job itself was very easy. Would not recommend working here.

Had a lot of fun working at a small location within a mall food court. I had great co-workers and a great environment to work. It was a good first retail job.

If you’re looking for a job to make some decent tips and as something on the side it’s great! However if advancement is your goal then this may not be the place.

Sub par people to work with and sub par management. 

Its okay to start out - dont stay long as its entry level and the day to day is quite boring. Snoozer.
