I worked there for almost a decade, because of young kids at the time and the close proximity to my house are the only 2 reasons I lasted as long as I did. Please do not even consider working here, the owners yell at their employees and walk around as if they are gods. The moral is terrible, there isn’t proper ventilation in the plant so in the summer the heat is unbearable and in the winter there are mornings you can see your breath. Don’t be fooled by your initial first impression of the place, it goes down hill fast from there. There are plenty of opportunities in this industry I really suggest you don’t make this company one of them. 

The work culture is: do your job and go home. The turn over rate is very high even for the office staff and the middle management. family business for profit as their number one objective, this is fair to say for a small sized company, but the treatment is not fair at all, unfortunately. I met the best workers there who were not treated well. Moving up the ladder is not much of an option since it's a small company, and the upper management keeps control of all decision making anyway. A lot of unprofessional display of emotions on a daily basis. 

Repetitive kind of work, always busy if things are running smoothly. Lots of problems happen if the chain of production gets compromised, leaving some people with nothing to do, so you don't really feel fulfilled. Good safety and training ethics, paid break time, possibility for overtime. 
The company itself is a bit toxic and favours the people who worked there for a long time, a bit of a toxic workplace environment, false promises and they'll fire you with no reason because production is slow or because they'll find someone to pay less money. Some supervisors are nice, other ones make too much money and don't do much. 

I have wasted my precious time by working there. Even you have 10 years of experiences in your field they do not care and they think they are expert in everything. The top management is involved in everything even in Quality department,  they do not care about anything other then their business 
The person who want their carrier growth should never take chance to work with this company. 
Your degrees, knowledge and experience have zero worth their.

The owners of this company is the reason I left. They expect everyone to go above and beyond (especially managers - you’ll be expected be work 12 hours a day even though the job only calls for 8!) Thy  have inherited the company from their grandfather and are Ivy League children who have never had to work for a living therefor they don’t understand how the treat people and have zero respect or patience for their employees! 

Management is so unprofessional and very unsupportive, they treat their employees like trash...they train you for one week and expect you to know every single thing. They tell you to ask questions so you will learn,but if you ask they get annnoyed.if you have any other choice dont pick this one.

Excellent place to work good pay lots of room for advancements . Good benifts a very good place to work I've been in the industry for 25 years and it's the cleanest print shop I have ever seen.too of the line printing presses as well as state of the art slitters and laminators  I highly recommend you apply at vins plastic it's a great place to work

I am working here for several months at the assembly line and have never worked in such a terrible work environment. The management talks down to their employees and have no respect. They expect so much from there employees but pay so terribly. Save yourself the time and effort- don’t work here.

You can have a job 1 day and the next they walk you out. Management has no clue of the departments they oversee. Everyone on the floor will tell you to be on guard from the start. Horrible pay. Numerous new employees quit within the first week. Hr is a joke. Supervisors are puppets.
