What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People are mostly going through the motions it’s a whatever company people are just existing

a good spacious environment, clean, everything is kept organized, friendly staff and co workers i worked with. 

I've learn a lot while i was employed at this establishment, i learn about gauge size and using a vernier caliber. i also learn how to manage a brake press cell with team member(s)  as i was the brake press operator/welder.

My typical day is fun, and enjoyable

I learned how to use different kind of tools, and machine to work on materials.

Management was good.

Workplace culture was nice and friendly.

The hardest part of the job is in some place, you have to do some lifting.

Always giving the opportunity to try something new.

With many years of professional experience, I can confidently say that it was the worst company I have ever worked for.  The leadership was very bad. Safety standards are nonexistent, and workers are never compensated fairly for their labour. Stay away from there.

I have been working here from a few months now and I loved the work culture here. Superiors are very supportive and understanding. There’s a lot of opportunities for progress for the right candidate. Overall my experience has been great at this company.

Not worth the effort. Constant changes with people and process. every aspect of the company micro-managed. While employed there, continue to search for better employment, you will need it. There are few people who have been there 5 or more years.

Badly run workplace by the president and management teams. Poor structure, highly disorganized and lack of support on all fronts.

Think twice before applying to this company.

Vision is evolving company.  Often, wherever possible the company tries to promote within to retain talent and provide employees with an ability to grow.   Overall benefits are great, there is RRSP, safety boots, referral program, etc.   

It was a pleasure to work with this company.All the employees were very helpful including the supervisor and manager. Learned a lot in this company about latest technologies and other stuff.
