I was a temp here for about a year, I enjoyed the area and people where I worked. There are targets in most of the areas so if you like to be competitive then you’ll probably enjoy it. Super busy during the holidays with a lot of opportunities for OT but at the beginning of the year they slow down a bunch and only let full time hires work which sucked, so i recommend having a part time job on the side just incase shifts get cancelled if they are slow. Management in my area didn’t seem to care much about anything, but I’m sure it varies from place to place. Overall I truly enjoyed my time at Vista. Some days sucked, but that’s like any other job. I never felt as I was treated poorly as a temp but I did notice some other temps were definitely treated less than if they didn’t reach their daily targets. I got trained on almost every machine in my area within 4 months and was never ‘bored’ unless we were slow. One thing I will say is that some full time workers that have been there multiple years are kind of rude if they don’t like you or if you are a younger employee.

Nothing  good  to say, about the culture  in the management  team.

Terrible  culture  in the supervisor  group

Stressful  with no support and little direction

Workload was manageable. Leadership was weak with some management being pompous. 
It is a great place to learn and gain experience but they should consider looking at providing more flexibility to salary professionals and create more possibilities for advancement. 

Vistaprint offers a clean, temperature-controlled environment with great coworkers. Great benefits after being hired directly from the temp agency. The workday at Vistaprint is diverse, with employees engaged in producing a wide range of products, handling various tasks, and collaborating across different roles.

Management is horrible, there is no life and home balance. If you call in and your a temp you will be fired or won’t be considered for full time. 

There is no room for growth in this company.  and they don’t care about their workers, they just want the job done and your to be quite doing it. No talking and you’re not aloud to leave your area for any reason. 

Vista takes advantage of temp workers. Neither the agency or company care about temp employees; you are merely a number to be used for their gains. The pandemic has brought people of all ages and careers,  back in the workforce. Treat temp employees with just a little respect. You should be ashamed of yourself!

It's a good place to begin career. Lots of things to learn and grow into rols. But unfortunately unfair for tech people. You'll have plenty of work to understand and learn about technology being used but very time constraint and resource limited.

A nice quiet work area with a well mannered staff. Our projects were not a challenge basic and to the point. I enjoyed my learning experience working at the Downtown mission.

I've worked at vistaprint for 10 years HR is a cirrus never have an answer fake investigations always on supervisor or team lead side 
Great at making excuses and bullshitting 

It was a good place to work as it was pretty clean and everyone is pretty friendly. The management is pretty generous from what i could tell. They have a cafeteria that prepares food.
