High turnover rate, new faces all the time. Cold and wet work environment. Some nice people there, but management doesn't seem too engaged or interested in what they do though. There always seem to be issues and problems, supervisors easily frustrated so it's no surprise that there's a high employee turnover. Shifts are Monday to Friday during the day, no night shifts which is nice. If you are looking for a job to get you by for a short period of time this is ok, but I don't see any long term opportunity here.

my day is going at 7 15am getting my overalls on and starting making sausage, if we r done the product im usally sent to packaging to finish my day. management are tough but fair and always have my needs met. the hardest part of my job is the physical labour at times but im willing to do the job and the hours are not there because of the demand of the product. I love working with the raw product and ensure it is up to standard of food health and safety act

There is no typical day at Vitto Brand Foods. Every day is different. one day everything can go smoothly and efficiently, and the next could be stressful and unorganized. The people treat you like family. As much as they fight with you and complain, they have your back and will stand up for you inside and outside of the workplace. Management is fun to joke around with, however they need your respect first.

Vitto makes them come first, they lied about the hours guaranteed! Most of the staff is nice. Some management is rude, especially the way they are talked to! Way too much micromanaging. For a minimum wage job, I wouldn’t overly recommend it.

Good job to start for experience. And skills.  I like the fact you get weekends off.  
They are very flexible around dr appointments.  Care about your well being.  Compassion., if you do well they praise your good work.

Lousy training.  Lousy management. Lousy pay. Lousy wage. The place is horrible. Safety standards are not met. Management treat you like you're nothing. No communication at all unless they want to talk to you like you're nothing 

Management is rude and unprofessional in all interactions will scream and yell at staff over the slightest error. The pay is not worth the poor behavior demonstrated. No action is taken to correct this behaviour.

Vitto brand foods isnt a job for people the management sucks they swear and they raise their voices they rush you and it is very fans fans are blowing

High change over . Supervisors leans to preferred employees even though they are not productive. Need to be a sport fan to excel. Hey , you don't work weekends
