Management at VIVO appears to lack clear communication channels, leadership direction, and a genuine concern for the well-being of its employees. The toxic work culture is palpable, with evident favoritism, lack of appreciation for hard work, and an overall atmosphere that stifles creativity and personal growth. 

The leadership seems disconnected from the day-to-day struggles of the employees, leading to an overarching sense of frustration and disillusionment.
Moreover, the absence of effective conflict resolution mechanisms has allowed interpersonal issues to fester, contributing to an unhealthy and unproductive work environment. The morale of the team is noticeably low, and the turnover rate reflects the broader dissatisfaction with the management and the company's culture.
The lack of emphasis on employee well-being is particularly concerning. There is a pervasive feeling that the company prioritizes its bottom line over the mental and emotional health of its workforce. The absence of initiatives to address burnout, stress, and work-life balance exacerbates the challenges faced by employees on a daily basis.


They lie about everything.  The management is like two-face from batman; do not trust them. Turn over rate is high due to how bad employees are treated. Save your mental health and run as fast as you can away from the place. They will implement rule changes and give you a few days to figure it out when the team as a whole cannot financially  afford what they want you to do.
RUN.  

No job security, they fire staff without much notice. Management is all over the place. They assign you more tasks than what you’re paid for. No recognition or much management. Do not recommend

The managment at this facility struggles to communicate. It's hard to work for and you feel devalued as an employee. They provide very little feed back and often don't directly confront you if something is wrong. 

Mostly everyone is pretty friendly, but it kinda seems like management isn’t too in the loop with what goes on day to day. Some days are fun, some are a bit rough, really just depends who’s managing that day

Great place to work. The culture is very positive. The staff are all friendly and a great team atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to apply here for a job.
