A typical day at work was basically sitting at a computer taking calls from customers calling form Ireland.

I learned a lot about customer service and how to handle a customer that is angry and how to make a customer hang up satisfied and their issue resolved 

management were nice people easy going 

I loved my co-workers all very nice people 

It was very stressful cause everyone calling has a problem and you need to solve it and its just problem after problem so it gets stressful but after a while you get used to it

A very nice work atmosphere, available recreation facilities, a good food court inside Vodafone premises

Handling complaints from angry customers,  High volume of received phone calls

A very good work environment and feeling as if we work as a family 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Going to gym inside the facility then having the breakfast in the food court then getting ready to start the shift

My day start with TO-DO-LIST,prioritize  work and act accordingly.i learned to lead new Business projects and do a breakthrough in process improvements.
Management is totally supportive and allow us to do work life balance and is a employee friendly company.
co-workers are very supportive and cross functional support is there ,its culture is like this only.
The hardest part of the job is Telecom business is Dynamic,did not get any time to make a strategic plan.
Most enjoyable part of the job is Friday fun,yearly outigs and trust on employees.

Its been a pleasure working for Vodafone Ireland. Over the past eight years I have gained a lot of knowledge, experiences. I have met amazing people, management that does care about employee. I have worked with fantastic group of 12 different personalities. Overachieved targets and nights out were best part of the job fallowed by pay increase. Hardest part of my job was to deal with customers that were upset or unhappy. But there was always solutions for them, eventually customers were leaving our stores happy.

Every day was special and enthusiastic to work. Learned a lot of management skills, how to get smooth outputs in a pressure environment, time management. the management was very well supportive and understood the employee needs and wants. The co-workers were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The hardest part of the job was the timings were never fixed and the up coming shifts were decided in advance. Whatever might me the shift timings the complete team was always present and never ever any team member expressed their aggression towards such a system.

1. Store opening and closing, focus on products and had to have all the knowledge about all the products and also the competitor.
2. I have learned how to sell mobile phone hand set, mobile phone plans to different people as their need.
3.The management of vodafone is exceptional and always they look after the employee needs.
4.Co-workers were very friendly.
5.As the store was very far where i used to live, traveling was bit hard.
6. The most enjoyable part was working in a very nice and friendly environment with lots of phones and fun.

I learned in vodafone how to manage time as at work everything is accurate; the breaks the open time for calls everything has to be ontime.
vodafone as a workplace is really great, everything is available for u to be able to work effeciently.
the most enjoyable part of the job is dealing with other people with other culture and the hardest is that its a shift basis job.

VF is a tough but very good employer - the speed that people work in the organization is incredible, and the expectation is everyone commits 100% to work/ projects
