There is no job security in this company. I worked  more than 3 years as delivery teammate but only small thing they fired me. They must follow the guideline to fire any fulltime employee. No verbal warning no written warning just fired.

Hard work is never recognized. Management does not care about their employees. They do not take care of the them no matter how good you try to be at your job… instead they try to find any mistake and fire you straight up. Very toxic. No communication between departments bec they are in competition who’s better! 

Operations supervisors are clueless yet you have to follow their terrible instructions even if you know there's a better way. No one will listen to your suggestions and you're just being thrown to work anywhere around the warehouse even if it's not what you signed up for.

Toxic workplace, management and supervisor staff, treats staff disposably, unable or unwilling to work with staff around agreed upon service area. Very high turnover rate for delivery staff.

Voila is always supportive and they are there for you. The work is diverse so many types of work also be preapared when working in the cold and room temperature also lifting is a factor whether they are heave or light just make sure to do the right manouever 

 Managers tend to micromanage the team, would push you to work fast and reach metrics but when tasks are done early will ask team members to go early since “there is nothing left to do”

Great place to work at but be prepared for heavy loads.  I also feel like the supervisor are fare at times on giving your route, you can work with them by letting them know if you had a hard week and they will give you an easier route for your next shift or two.

Camera monitors audio and video while you drive
You will get written up if you use your mobile while driving
Speed braking and everything is considered

Strict on company rules, you get fired instantly if disobeyed.
Good solid Unionized Job. Low skill, low paying job but very good benefits from health insurance. 10 hr work day, 4day work 3day rest week

nice people, good training, so much details to pay attention to!
I believe it’s an easy job, but the only challenging part is when you gotta deliver something downtown, cuz it’s hard to find a parking spot!
