Volleyball Canada

I had to organize numerous of things with different groups and we would get along well. I wasn't given much orders but I took initiative and figured out on my own. It was exhausting by the end of the day but we were rewarded well.

I've loved my internship with Volleyball Canada so far. It's given me a chance to expand my skill set and gain valuable experience I wouldn't otherwise have had the opportunity.

If you like to be busy and challenge yourself, this is a great place to gain valuable experience and meet some amazing people. There is also the chance to travel around Canada and even to other countries during competions.

Refereeing with Volleyball Canada (in BC) is an on-call job. Hours are flexible and you can decline if you are busy. Environment is good, as you mostly work alone or with one other person.

I love the sport so I am always excited for a game or tournament. Enjoy being part of a community of people who also love volleyball and it's overall very welcoming and fun.

Getting my level one (training) with Volleyball Canada was easy and intuitive, all the more senior official are happy to converse about different questions and situations you have experienced.  Overall great for a bit of money and if you love  the sport.

Practice multiple times a day with your team, focusing on the honing of your volleyball skills and improvement of your weaknesses. Meals are typically figured out by them and exercise is regular.

I can't say I actually worked for Volleyball Canada since I was performing as an athlete for them. The staff was really amazing with running the events and providing athletes with everything they needed right away.

Good place to work.  Management could be better but overall we were left to create and execute our own plan.  Lots of interaction with other employees which was the most enjoyable part of the job.

everyone is very encouraging and helpful in if you want to progress in the field. great way to keep in touch wit the sport and community. definitely recommend
