As a former Customer Service Representative for Voyageur, I can honestly say it was a horrible horrible experience.  I worked there for three months and one week, then they fired me for "being too good at my job".. Literally it made no sense. They went on to say that I did such a thorough job with each customer, that they were concerned I would not be fast enough for the upcoming Christmas season, and that I would have needed to rush through every customer, therefore not giving them the service they deserved.  Then the manager said they couldn't let someone as wonderful as me bring down my quality of work, that it wouldn't be fair to me.  So, they fired me, with an extra two weeks of pay.
They constantly hire and fire people once they reach three months. 
Extremely understaffed in every department, not air conditioned in the warehouse where the CSR's worked, people would cry on a constant basis because of the yelling and bad attitudes from management, and it was nearly impossible to take a bathroom break because of the workload expected from us. 
Don't even think about working in such a horrid environment, no matter how much you like their products.

Management is so bad to the point customers notice and comment on it. Constant passive aggressive behaviour, gaslighting, lack of communication, general unprofessional conduct, micromanaging every aspect of anything possible. No actual training provided, just expect you to do it somehow on your own. Wage is mediocre, no opportunities for raises/advancement. Simple job but gets very boring during slow times. The owners seem nice so it’s very unfortunate this seems to have been going on for a long time without any change. 

Decent job more or less. Almost impossible to take time off, very understaffed, and the company almost never orders nearly enough stock from the suppliers. But the customers are great, the products sold are very interesting to learn about and the management has gotten better

Great place to work at the beginning. Co-workers are a lovely bunch, super-welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. However, new management was horrendous. Demanded you stay up at till but complained you weren’t helping in other parts of the store. Blatantly showed favouritism to employees that sucked up. Made fellow employees cry multiple times. Two long term employees quit due to new management while I worked there.

if you're looking for something mundane and filled with poor management this is the job for you. Management consists of a family owned business. The lady owner and her brother are fine but the husband is a complete control freak and pesters everyone about EVERYTHING.

I was excited when I first got hired, but they put me in the packing position right away without knowing the products, all the while stressing that mistakes were very costly and were not to be tolerated - I was made to feel bad about making mistakes that I didn't have much control over.

Relatively decent place to work. I thought it was fun to learn new hobbies like making candles. Pay was better than other part-time jobs. Worst part was if you were the one who had to clean the public washrooms at the end of the day.

Family run company they are very rude people yell at u for talking or eating they let u go for no good reason think 2 before u work here no one who works there is happy, all they want u to do is work work work

Starts great, but the management is terrible. Clear favouritism, will yell at you for no reason. They need more employees but the current employees are uninterested in making you feel welcome.

friendly environment, loved working with the company.  lots of physical work. hours are great. there is over time available too. lots to learn and explore.
