Started out as a very nervous agent. Had no experience prior to working at Voysus. They taught me so well that within a few weeks I was able to perform beyond my expectation. They really do have a way of bringing out an individuals potential with regards to customer service. The management goes above and beyond to help out and make sure we achieve our goals both as an individual and as well as a team. It feels like home when I'm here and the diverse work culture is amazing. Parties and contests are great ways for us to stay motivated. In the time I've worked here, I learned how to sound extremely professional and courteous over the phone, How to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers based on their needs and most importantly I learned how to function affectively in a fast paced professional environment. Would I recommend it to a friend? Absolutely!! I hope I can keep working here for as long as possible.

A typical day at Voysus Group Inc. started with logging on to the phone dialer, making calls and receiving calls from new and existing customers. I worked on the rogers campaign where i sold rogers cable, internet, homephone and wireless services to customers. I do upselling, cross-selling and customer service. Sometimes I do billing   inquiries if the bill pops up on SGI system.

I have learnt to show empathy to the customer, and treat the customers like they are always right even if they are irate.

The hardest part of the job is dealing with the customers that have no manners- the ones that curse and shout.

The most enjoyable part when you answer the call and meet a very pleasant customer.

I loved that workplace overall because it is fun, noisy but yet professional.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you need a pay cheque to save your dog from dying, you should work here. Constant yelling every day, intimidation tactics, threatening to fire you if sales are not where they want it to be, no security you can be fired at any moment. Management takes no accountability for anything, supervisors walk around like wardens in a prison, watching everything you do and no pizza lunch as advertised! If you work here make sure you check your pay every single time they will short you and commission base is terrible. I think their practices go against Labour Board laws. I could go on forever.

Amazing experience working. Very supportive management. Amazing training skills, Easy job, When I started working here I had zero sales experience, the management taught me how to be confident in speaking professionally and trained me in a way to easily close sales. I love how there's competitions every month and parties during every holiday. A safe diverse environment. Great place to work. 5/5

Worked here in late 2011, and it was the FIRST real COMPANY that helped me GROW as a person. Amazing coaching, support and GREAT PAY, Salary + QRT Bonus (Team Leader). Such a great and FUN work place with Sales Contests DAILY. Great company to work for!! From a sales agent to TEAM Leader, I spent 3 years working. Used soo many skill sets to grow to be the successful person I am today! Bitcoin was only 78.50 a coin when I started working :)

fun environment to work in , learning everyday ,developing new sale skills,opportunity to work with bank costumers , management is excellent as they help each day and help to grow skills,work place very safe the hardest part of the job is to be able to hit targets everyday  , the most enjoyable part is that you will learn and excel more and make you more confident

Too many hidden agendas and unprofessional relationships overshadow a productive environment. Management does not know how to respect or treat employees in a proper manner. Jealousy among the female management and female employees is quite obvious. Riddled with insecurities and poor composure.

The management here is completely useless. They will make you work overtime like dogs and won’t pay a penny saying it was mentioned in your contract.  They want you to work so much so that there was a point where they restricted you from going using washrooms. Take someone who has worked there for almost 2 years. This place will suck the soul out of you. 

While this was quite a learning experience this was also a stressful time . Between staff relations and management changes it left a poor taste in the employee mouth as there was no security or comfort in knowing you would arrive and still have a job . It was a fast paced environment and it could be very hectic at times .

I am currently enjoying my time at Voysus. It is a quick paces sales environment that was very competitive and offered a great team environment to work in. Although it is a not easy to make sales by any means there is a decent amount of sales support and training that should give you some tools to better yourself as a sale person.
