Vuteq

This is the worst job I’ve ever had! There are managers, like at large injection, who are absolutely despicable! Regardless of how hard you work for them, they still bully you. They’ll even conspire behind your back to have you disciplined, even for faults that are not your own. When it comes to disputes, they will gladly side with people who’ve worked there for the longest, even though they instigate and bully new recruits! They have absolutely no respect for worker’s dignities here! Their “code of conduct” is one big joke that they use to lure and fool you into joining their organization. There is a reason why this place has such a horrible reputation in Woodstock! They are practically begging people to come work for them at this point. 

Continued to maintain exeptional quality at a fast enough pace to make dayly numbers. The management was great, they always made you feel welcomed and part of the "Vuteq Family". I really enjoyed working there when I did. The only thing I did not like was that we had to work most Saturdays because I worked on a Cami line making the doors for Cami so we work when they worked. Overall, this was the best job I ever had. i actually enjoyed going into work every day. Vuteq is a great place to work

Go in 20 minutes before work would start and have a team meeting and talk about what had happened the day before and what we can do better to make production run smoother. Would wait at our assigned working position and wait until the bell rang and trade places with the shift that was before us. Work 8 hour shifts 5 days a week, sometimes had to work the Saturday for overtime. Worked the same repetitive job the entire shift. Got to know the people I worked with, made time go by faster when you have people to talk to instead of staring at a door for 8 hours of the day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They don't treat you right. They talk down to you acting like your expendable.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They expect you to work fast and hard, But then only keep you under 6 months

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People are rude and don't treat you very well. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Well I show up for work every day and worked overtime alot, but I was yell at every day that I wasn't fast enough.

Vuteq is overall a decent place to work. I'm looking to relocate to Windsor   To be closer to friends and family. I have been at Vuteq since 2004 and I think of my fellow associates as family. A typical day starts off with a bang. Busy busy from start of shift until end of shift. I have been lucky to have some great opportunities there

While working at Vuteq on the IP line in plant two i had some of the best working experiences so far, the people were great all the supervisors and line leaders were really nice and helpful and the work area was always clean. The most enjoyable part of my job was learning how to assemble instrumental panels for cars and getting to know all the people who work on the line.

A day at work is typically doing the same thing for 8 hours a day but the people are friendly. I wouldn't say anything is hard about my job because it literally becomes your job and you get good at it. The most enjoyable part about my job is being able to work and carry on conversations as long as you're caught up on labels.

I loved working at Vuteq, If I had the option I'd go back. The people I worked with and for are fun, stern and respectful. Great way to start and a day with smiling faces, and if I was tired they'd help me through the day. The hours were not bad at all. Great 10hrs a day. loved the fast paced environment and my boss's were supportive and always helped if I needed it.

Each shift started with a review of the previous shifts issues. Leads made shifts interesting switching people around from part to part. Enjoyed training others on the various presses and parts.

I really did not like vuteq I cant stand doing the samething over again I dislike that you have to start as a temp as well they treat temps poorly and the pay is not good to start and its normally around 9 months before you get hired on its one of the most mind dulling jobs I've had
